Behavioral Change Consultant

The Behavioral Change Consultant is crucial in supporting and facilitating change initiatives across the organization. Working closely with the Organizational Change Lead, this individual applies behavioral science principles to understand, predict, and influence behavior, ensuring the successful adoption of change initiatives.

The Behavioral Change Consultant collaborates with various stakeholders to develop tailored interventions, communication strategies, and training programs, fostering a positive change experience and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Conduct assessments to understand current behaviors, identify desired behaviors, and address behavioral gaps.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, address their needs and concerns, and ensure their commitment to change is secured.

  • Craft and deliver clear, persuasive, and tailored messages to various audiences, facilitating understanding and buy-in for change initiatives.

  • Establish metrics and conduct evaluations to assess the change effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Project Management Consultant

The Project Management Consultant is a vital member of the Project Management Office, responsible for providing expert guidance and support across various projects within the organization.

This role involves collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The consultant brings a wealth of project management knowledge, tools, and best practices to enhance project performance and outcomes.
