The Behavioral Change Consultant collaborates with various stakeholders to develop tailored interventions, communication strategies, and training programs, fostering a positive change experience and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements

Conduct assessments to understand current behaviors, identify desired behaviors, and address behavioral gaps.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, address their needs and concerns, and ensure their commitment to change is secured.

Business Analyst

Business Analysis: 3-8 years of experience in IT or Consulting.

Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in modeling tools like Visio, and experience with Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies.
